Shipping & Returns
Your new bespoke treasures will all be shipped via Australia Post with a security signature required by recipient on delivery. Cost is automatically calculated against the weight and post(zip) code.
Items ordered together may not always be shipped together however, if your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged for the first shipment.
All purchases over $1000 AU are complimentary to one address.
Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order. Your treasure will be there as quickly as possible but your location will determine how long it will take to get there.
If your item is not in stock it may take a little time to create but we will get it too you as soon as possible. If this happens we will notify you via the email address you provided.
You may verify the status of your order and shipment by going to the Australia Post website and searching for your shipping number (details sent in an email to you on purchase).

Items purchased are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 30 days in a saleable condition, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received and product returned as outlined above. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender.
